Movement off the ball- learn how to create space and support teammates Passing and communication- Understanding when, where and how to connect with teammates.  Defensive positioning- build awareness of shape, pressing and recovery Teamwork and decision making- improve speed of player through real time situations.  Transitional play- Recognize how to quickly shift between attack and defense.  La Ligita gives players a chance to apply technical skills within real moments, all while building rhythm, soccer IQ and confidence.
