  • Cancellation + pausing membership
While we don't offer a pause option, we do recommend if you are sign on for 2x/wk to dial down to 1x/wk if you are able to. In the event you can no longer continue, membership cancellation would require a minimum of 30 day heads up in lieu of your next payment. Your pre paid deposit, which was paid upon enrollment would then be utilized at the end of everything. Example- I have been a 2x/wk Cantera member for 8 months and my schedule is will become busy in the fall. Options: Change my Cantera frequency from 2x/wk to 1x/wk, book when I can or connect with staff about trading weeks. Switch back to 2x/wk after fall season. Advise administrators via player chat line that I would like to cancel. If I advise late within a payment cycle, one payment would go through then deposit would come into play. Anticipate when I'd like to stop, give a heads up with time. Administrators will set reminders accordingly so no payments go through and deposit aligns with when you'd like stop.
