How do I access Pura Vida Elite's website from my mobile device?
You can go to a web browser on your smart phone and enter our site - it will automatically adjust to a mobile view. We are currently developing a mobile app to make your Pura Vida Training experience even better.
Where do I find my player's weekly schedule?
You can find your player's weekly schedule by clicking on your player's name in the upper right hand corner of the home page. From the drop down menu, select "MY BOOKINGS" and you will find all upcoming sessions listed, as well as a history of completed sessions.
Will I receive training reminders?
All players will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking and an email reminder the day before your session. You may opt in to receive training reminders via an SMS text message at the time of booking. Be sure to check the box and include your mobile number when you confirm your booking.
Can I reschedule my training sessions?
Training may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling can be completed in the "MY BOOKINGS" section of the player's profile.
